LOCATION DETAILS

The Peninsula Village site offers the best of all worlds, as you have seen from the various pictures shown previously. The site slopes gently upwards, ensuring all Apartments and Villas have unobstructed sea views.

There is a very nice bay with natural beach. This will be upgraded to a white sand beach for sunbathing and for the children to play in. The bay provides safe shallow sea water areas for those young and old wanting to paddle or relax in shallow waters.

There will be both swimming and boating pontoons. The swimming pontoons are very popular and allow you to walk in and out of the sea by means of a staircase into the sea.
A Villa or Apartment ordered today will be delivered during September 2008.

Our prices include Water & Electric connection charges, but not the 3% Land Transfer Tax.

SECURITY & PEACE MIND

Funds will be held secure in our solicitors Escrow account and will only be released to shatovilla after you have recevied 100% security for all funds in the case of upfront payments, or in the case of stage payments on completion of building work relevant to each stage payment.

BUILD PROGRESS

When you order a Villa or Apartment from SHATOVILLA we keep you informed of progress at all stages of the build. Simply enter your advised plot number into the 'Build Progress' system and you will be able to view pictures of the latest build progress, these pictures are updated every 2-4 weeks.

COMMUNAL MAINTENANCE COAST

We provide a 2 year fixed price general maintenance contract which covers all upkeep of all communal areas and leisure facilities.
